Luis Borgen — Director at Eastern Bank

Mr. Luis A. Borgen has been a Director of Eastern Bank Corporation and Eastern Bank since August 2016. Mr. Borgen served as the Chief Financial Officer of DAVIDsTEA Inc. from May 2012 to July 31, 2017 and also served as its Treasurer until July 31, 2017. Mr. Borgen served as the Chief Financial Officer of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (also known as DaVita, Inc.) from March 29, 2010 to April 15, 2012 and also served as its Senior Vice President from March 29, 2010 to April 16, 2012 and Executive Officer since April 16, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the U.S. Stores Business at Staples, Inc. since March 2009. Mr. Borgen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, an Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
