What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and answer questions.
Highly engaged and care about employees
Care/concern shown for employees. COVID19 response was top notch.
What I like best about the leadership team is that the team is great.

Can’t skate by on a good reputation forever, be nicer to employees and take their concerns serious

Have a pension plan and an ESOP

The best part about my compensation package is that it is great.
It really meets my needs.
Total compensation is very fair and pension is unusually generous
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management should treat all staff with respect and not talk down to them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, dedicated and you can count on all of them to get the job done
Deep commitment to colleagues and going above and beyond for the company and cutomers.
Some good down to earth people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager listens to me and if there are concerns she will say and also she is sympathetic to my needs also.
The culture puts people first; leadership cares about doing well by employees and employees do their best for the company.
What is most positive about my culture and environment at my company is that there both great.
The environment is very safe.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Numerous middle managers that bully their subordinates and get away with it.
Training for managers. Managers should always speak to all individuals instead of listening to gossip and making decisions without facts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people who most recently interviewed me knew me so they knew I was skilled and were confident that I was a hard were so know how they felt made my interview easier
The people I met were the best part - they captured the culture and were great ambassadors.
What I liked most is that the interviews were great.
