Growing leadership team which is allowing for diversity and new ideas. Really enjoy the new members of the leadership team
Very open and innovative. They are all very approachable

Consistency, making themselves available to support the staff, like their job requires
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESOP program is an amazing benefits. Strong base salary and commission structure.
100% ESOP allows for a type of profit sharing that does not require any employee contribution.
