What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along with everyone. I really haven't seen anyone fight or bad talk another team. It's a wonderful family here.

They are so awesome! They're excited to collaborate with teams across the board and really listen and implement ideas that our employees have.

My team is ready to help out one another on a moment's notice. We truly want to see each of us succeed and grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm able to do what I love and I'm challenged to do more and grow. My manager trusts me and sees what I'm great at and gives me the opportunity to become better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was less of a structured interview and more of a sit down & chat. Eat Club stresses the importance of employees being a good culture fit. The interview didn't feel high-pressure. It felt like I was sitting down chatting with a friend.
