They have too many meaningless interviews that are clearly just there to make themselves feel important and waste time

Could have been more professional. It's like a college campus at eBay. Sometimes more like a frat house.

Time management (ebay Germany) I never left enough time to ask questions to the interviewers,it was more in format of interrogations
I wish an interview mattered. It seems like its more about if they like you
Only allow proven sale people.
