He served as Director of Finance at&T Local Network Services and held various senior-management positions, primarily in the telecommunications industry. He served as Corporate Controller of Interland, Inc. from September 2002 to October 2003. Mr. Kerris has held senior financial management positions at&T, BellSouth and Northern Telecom. He is an active Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kerris is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kerris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from North Carolina State University at Raleigh.
