Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on workload alone , and a long commute Not being flex to wfh
they don't hikes and benefits
Need to offer pay that is at least market average
to get paid per industry standards

Great group of people , have some issues to over come but working on them
understanding and helping nature of people
Friendly, always willing to help, teamwork

our customers which were inherited from previous management

Always out of service levels , implies that we lie to the clients and not tell them what is actually going on . Being dishonest
