What are some of the best things about your team?Easy to talk to and get along with. Quick and responsive for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would feel better about my compensation if we were paid geographically as I live in an expensive state but make the same as others that live in cheaper states. I can barely pay my regular bills with my salary.
