Mr. David B. Menzel, also known as Dave, has been Chief Operating Officer of Echo Global Logistics, Inc. since October 7, 2013 and has been its President since July 31, 2014. Mr. Menzel served as the Chief Financial Officer at Echo Global Logistics, Inc. from April 7, 2008 to October 7, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary until October 7, 2013. Mr. Menzel served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of G2 SwitchWorks Corp. from May 2005 to March 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of YesMail, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance and Administration at YesMail, Inc. from April 1999 to 2000 and also served as its Corporate Secretary. He served as the Managing Director at Parson Consulting's Chicago office from July 2003 to 2005. From August 1994 to April 1999, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Software, a computer software company. From January 1985 to July 1994, he was in the Audit and Financial Consulting division of Arthur Andersen. He served as a Director of G2 SwitchWorks Corp. Mr. Menzel holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy, both from Florida State University.
