Kyle Sauers — CFO & Secretary at Echo Global Logistics

Mr. Kyle L. Sauers has been the Chief Financial Officer of Echo Global Logistics, Inc. since October 7, 2013 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Sauers served as Chief Financial Officer of Bio-Imaging Research, Inc. since 2005 and also serves as its Senior Vice President. He is responsible for all financial operations of Bio-Imaging Research, Inc. He joined the company in January 2011 as Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller. He served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller for Echo since 2011. Prior to BIR??? he spent eight years at Sphere Communications??? a leading VoIP software technology company. Mr. Sauers served as the Chief Financial Officer of NEC Sphere Communications Inc. (formerly, Sphere Communications, Inc.) since April 2001. Mr. Sauers served as Controller of Sphere Communications, Inc. since 1997. Prior to Sphere, he was part of the Audit and Business Advisory Practice at Arthur Andersen, where he served entrepreneurial and middle market companies. Before Sphere??? Mr. Sauers served financial management positions at APAC Customer Services??? a provider of outsourced customer care and acquisition services. He began his career as part of the Audit and Business Advisory Practice at Arthur Andersen??? where he served entrepreneurial and middle market companies. He served as Director of Bio-Imaging Research, Inc. Mr. Sauers graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
