What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ambitious, Transparent, supportive and very talented
They all are very cooperative.
Leadership team is open for new folks to jump into a project and them supporting from background
their each step depicts true leadership skills
They are Good at leadership
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need more reapurces to be working on certain projects so everyone's work is done on time and team members can take time off.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and performance bonus
bi monthly bonus and the performance perks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less salary thn industry standards
For the quality of work I present, I should be paid more
Poor pay scale, manager unable to compensate the employee, leading to higher attrition compared to industry, especially the Star performers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really work togather like family
team is so cooperative, friendly, members respect others ideas and thoughts and encourage them
Friendly, approachable and easy to work with.
My team works based off of open communication. This allows everyone to collaborate effectively and assist each other to produce maximum quality of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the coworkers have been with the company since the inception of their career, so they have limited exposure to other work cultures.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
not restricting the employees to work itself .conducting events timely. caring employees in all the possible ways(health- both physical and mental)
Learning is encouraged here, but overall incentive to learn is less.

Easiest questions asked ever in an interview and still accepted me who almost knows very less regarding actual work.

Simple and straightforward process unlike many firms, need to improve the JD though.
