We try to always see the possitive in any situation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You were interviewed by two people which allowed you to feel more comfortable and the conversations flowed naturally.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team leader is awesome. Even though this company is numbers based, he cares about his people way more than the numbers. I think this motivates the team because we feel valued as a person.
