It would be best to remove some of the senior leaders and change the culture of the company and get back to the basics
Communications and stop focusing on the clicks in the company
Listening to the employees understanding what the business problems are and coming up with reasonable solutions
I would be great to be more transparency
Limited to no HR support, medical benefits are marginal, vacation needs to be updated. Treat people like humans surgery, the benefit package seems like from the 80s
Too Subjective and unreasonable goals to hit
you never can earn what is planned
Not the coworkers fault, leadership teams
Leader ship is nonexistent so you don't know what's expected and most benefits or opportunities are taken away at some point
treat employees as an asset
It's just an average process
