Team has deep user empathy and humility yet focus on customer success and satisfaction through our product adaption. Non-performers are given enough opportunities to improve and measure up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package (bonus) is tied to my performance and there is no cap to it so the more i meet my and customer success KPI the more i earn!
What makes you most happy at work?
everyone is smiling, cheerful, collaborative and supportive with flat org structure and open door policy to walk in and meet anyone including CEO on any important or urgent matter including personal!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team led by our visionary founder and leader Karl Mehta is one of the most 'customer focussed' team who are all deeply passionate and invested in 'customer success and satisfaction' through our Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) platform and solution.
