It can be incredibly hard work sometimes, with a lot of stress - but at the end of the day it's worth it to know the effort you put in genuinely makes a difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do what I love to do - support customers in using our product, create learning materials, and train people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people - we enjoy being around each other, which makes coming into the office less "going to work" and more seeing the people you care about - with some work thrown in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always available to lend a hand when needed - we actually care about one another, and the success of each member on the team and will take steps above and beyond to support one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is willing to actually have discussions, and participate in exchange regarding concerns or ideas we have - when they're not tied up in meetings of course. Their ability to handle insane schedules is awe inspiring.
