Working closely with team here and have good bonding with each one here. So sometimes staying home feels sad.

Love the coordination, enthusiasm and spirit of the team. Co workers are very helpful, easy to work with, appreciate individual efforts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I would love to have bonuses. The freedom to work, learn and the culture makes up for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive thing would be its fast so you don't get rusty or bored. We can take breaks anytime to rejuvenate ourselves and get back to work. Also love how we can wear casuals (even flip-flops) to work.
What do you like best about your company?
Team work. Executive effort. I love how we put that extra effort to be at our best and get appreciation as well. That's evident from the comments from our customers. This brings us sense of satisfaction and makes us proud of our talent
