Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation must be more competitive for a tenured individual like me. Health & Accident insurance & ESOPs must be included.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is at the cutting edge of technology innovation, is client-centric, market-oriented and regularly communicates with the employees. They are clued in. However, the communication is more one-sided and employees must be given a forum to express themselves and share ideas.
