I enjoy working at Edgescan because I have the ability to constantly grow, learn and take on new and exciting projects. On top of being professionally challenged (in a good way), I like my co-workers! They're all incredibly kind, proactive, and ready to assist anyone with any task.

My commission structure! It's fair, easy to understand, and hitting quota is doable.

Openness to receiving feedback and it really feels like they put us as employees, first.

I really appreciated that my interviewer let me conduct informational interviews with current employees to see if it would be a fit for me!
What makes you most happy at work?
The new, challenging, and fun work projects that I get assigned. I feel like I am being asked to use my skills and grow them which is always exciting

They listen and take feedback seriously. Whenever anyone at the company has an idea on how to make our organization stronger and better, they're ready to listen and more importantly, take action.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at Edgescan is their willingness to grow and have fun one with one another. Since we are expanding to new markets, everyone has been collaborative and accepting of new ideas and feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
Each day is a little different, whether it be that I'm meeting with departments outside of my own or I'm taking on a new project, or meeting with prospects it always feels like I'm adding value to the company and making a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Allowing me to take time off for any unforeseen life problems so I can deal with them, without stressing about work. It helps me come back a lot more focused and I'm happy to be at a place that trusts me to get my work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so proactive! I feel confident in knowing that I can go to them for feedback or fresh ideas. There are times when they make our role easier by taking the initiative to try new strategies, analyze the results, and explain the success of certain strategies or tactics.
