What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are seasoned experts in their respective fields and they provide guidance based upon real-world experience. They also allow staff the freedom to experiment and try new approaches to solve problems.
They are receptive and responsive to suggestions.
The real and honest demeanor.
Approachable, accessible and have a can do attitude.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare and 4% match on 401K.
I'm incentivized to work as hard as possible because my pay structure is uncapped.
The un-capped commission structure. It keeps me hungry.
Great potential to earn sales commissions.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated team of pros who are razor-focused on the business yet know how to have fun while working.
They are great at communicating
I love how helpful everyone is and willing to pass on knowledge.
A small team but full of different characters with different areas of expertise.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tight knit team that is goal oriented
The teamwork and openness of the executive team.
The ability to use our own initiative and have our ideas / suggestions listened to acted upon.
While we recognise that the work we do is important, we still make time and room to have fun.
Collaboration is fostered and encouraged. Open door policy from executive team down.

Fast and professional. Responses and followup from HR was extremely fast.
