What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Tight knit team that is goal oriented

The teamwork and openness of the executive team.

The ability to use our own initiative and have our ideas / suggestions listened to acted upon.

While we recognise that the work we do is important, we still make time and room to have fun.

Collaboration is fostered and encouraged. Open door policy from executive team down.

The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at Edgescan is their willingness to grow and have fun one with one another. Since we are expanding to new markets, everyone has been collaborative and accepting of new ideas and feedback.
