Mr. Steven D. Eisenberg, Esq. He has been the President of Edison Transmission, LLC since September 22, 2015. Mr. Eisenberg has been Chief Operating Officer of Edison Energy since July 13, 2017. He served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Edison Mission Group Inc. Mr. Eisenberg serves as Vice President and Manager of Midwest Generation LLC. He serves as Vice President of Edison Mission Energy. Mr. Eisenberg serves as Vice President of Mission Energy Westside Inc., General Partner of EME Homer City Generation LP. He served as Senior Vice President at Edison Mission Group, Inc. since 2008. Mr. Eisenberg was responsible for all EMG business development activities and the implementation of growth strategy. He served as Treasurer of Edison Transmission, LLC since September 22, 2015. Mr. Eisenberg served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Edison International since February 2014. Mr. Eisenberg served as Vice President of Energy Contracts. Mr. Eisenberg joined EMG in 1999 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. He was promoted to general counsel in 2007 in EMG. During his career at EMG, he has worked on numerous major development and financing projects, including the acquisition of the Homer City Station in Pennsylvania, its initial financing, bond financing and subsequent sale-leaseback arrangements. He also supported the business development and asset management efforts for the Sunrise power generating project, which helped ease the California power crisis in 2000. Prior to joining EMG, Mr. Eisenberg was a Partner at the law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius in Los Angeles. He served as Vice President and General Counsel for Diamond Energy, Inc., an affiliate of Mitsubishi Corporation and as an Associate at Jones Day, a major international law firm. He serves as a Director of Mission Energy Westside Inc. Mr. Eisenberg earned a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of California - Los Angeles and a law degree cum laude from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
