Raters have no benefits, and the pay for the job that requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field of specialty is paid anywhere between $11.50 and $15.00 an hour. For the amount of knowledge and responsibility involved in performing the essential job duties, this is woefully insufficient.

Review from Operations Dept

Their tests cost the people taking them from $75 to hundreds of dollars. The compensation of those evaluating and scoring should be at least 40% higher.

For the required education the pay should be much higher than a dollar over California's minimum wage.
