Since we are all compensated well we are all happy people for the most part. It's stressful when deadlines pile up but it's a lot worse in other work environments.
We are relied on to work independently with no unnecessary meetings.
My team is made up of wonderful, intelligent, kind people who are a pleasure to work with.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have no coworkers I interact with face-to-face. I telecommute, and only get to interact with shift supervisors some of whom are pleasant to work with, while others lack people and communication skills.
