Raters have no benefits, and the pay for the job that requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field of specialty is paid anywhere between $11.50 and $15.00 an hour. Review from Operations Dept
Compensation is flat and not keeping up with inflation.
Having friendlier interactions and positive feedback
