What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Great team members. Not a high pressure environment.

The team is really supportive and collaborative. I find that everyone is excited to pitch in and work towards a common goal. Work/life balance is encouraged and while the work is challenging, it's not a pressure cooker.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
