What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and has solid values. They believe in the team and look to keep a great culture within the organization.
The leadership team has great sense of vision and speaks candidly to our team. They are open, transparent, and care about culture!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible hours and great pay. Good healthcare. Great PTO. No complaints.
Health insurance is awesome and compensation has been great.

My team has great energy! And I love the unique personalities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great team members. Not a high pressure environment.
The team is really supportive and collaborative. I find that everyone is excited to pitch in and work towards a common goal. Work/life balance is encouraged and while the work is challenging, it's not a pressure cooker.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with the CEO and getting guidance from HR manager on all questions.
When I was interviewed, I was asked thought provoking questions to show how I think.

Solving a challenging problem with my team!
