My teammates are pretty much the only thing keeping me sane.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a typical interview, so I didn't really like anything about it, but I don't actively hate anything about it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are amazing people to hang around, some more than others. Even the most tedious ones still manage to brighten my day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It goes back to the encouraging of bad behavior over the years for the sake of getting a sale. The mentality is still there. Plus, being knowledgeable about Medicaid working with Medicare isn't exactly encouraged.
