What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing peoples skills and pay them accordingly. Stop paying higher salaries to people who are not performing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am on a contract, and do not yet have benefits of any kind. I am satisfied with my salary.
Burning Man hides behind it's NPO status as well as is cache status when it comes to paying market rate. Being compensated at market rate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the volunteers are great.
Sense of humor, caring, and all work hard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be accountability and transparency. Deadlines are regularly missed with no ramifications but huge downstream impacts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is inclusive of everyone!
People are truly passionate about the mission. The care deeply. The culture is broad and wide with a common goal.
