Someone who can wear many hats, is self motivated and has a lot of patience.
How flexible is your work schedule at Burning Man?
Extremely. Very flexible, it is one of the best parts of working here BUT flexibility is also subjected to the time of year. The closer to the event, available time gets more scarce so you need to plan accordingly.
