Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am on a contract, and do not yet have benefits of any kind. I am satisfied with my salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Burning Man hides behind it's NPO status as well as is cache status when it comes to paying market rate. Being compensated at market rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Recognizing peoples skills and pay them accordingly. Stop paying higher salaries to people who are not performing.
