acknowledging that a suggestion for process improvements was brought up in previous conversations and not get ingnored, provide postive and constructive feedback, learn email etiquette, not put down an employee for asking questions. Not only believe one side of an issue/not jump to conclusions.

Nevro has given me 3 unsolicited raises in less than 2 years of employment , which is unheard of...I pay nothing out of pocket for excellent health care and I given fair quotas. I dont know anyone else in my field who can say all 3 of those things. The compensation is amazing.

The TSS work schedule. Working 12 days in a row after your weekend is a bit much. There is no disconnect time or down time. Need to be offered time off in the middle of the following week. Burn out and tension is a result. You are tired and there is no work/life balance.
