I have been here 2 years. I do feel like I am listened to and make a difference in the company and I like that this company has an altruistic mission of helping people find the right job. Our founders are some of the smartest people I have ever worked with - true data scientists.

The process is getting more standardized and more cross-team input.

Diverse, bright, friendly, transparent, outcome oriented. We recently created internal project marketplace for better cross-team collaboration.

Transparent, incredibly intelligent, and very mission driven. Very adaptive to the market changes and trying to make a difference during Covid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an amazing VP of HR who is making culture front and center. We share praise across the company often and celebrate wins as a company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and that we are actually making a difference in people's lives. We truly are trying to find the right job for every person.
