Proof of being discrimanted and favoritism plays a big role
I learned so much and do so much just to get paid minimum wage and with covid being around we are not even appreciated for the risk we take of working there its so bad people have began to quit

My coworkers are always in a great mood

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of favoritism and discrimination and get over worked more than others
To be appreciated more for all the work and effort we put into it everyday and stop making a big deal over the little things we make mistakes on instead get pulled aside or have a team meeting
