It's very great, get a lot of benefits clearly cheaper than most places due to 60,000+ employees and matching is great with 4% + HSA + Pensions

I would appreciate another few dollars an hour. The lowest salary is not what is listed, I make $15/hr
Base needs to be significantly higher to be on par with similar roles at other companies in same space/relative size

Can't work together given no time to speak to each other every second is watched and you only get 15 minutes a day for all customer emails.
The management. Some of my associates can be abrasive, but they are trying to get what is best for the customer done.

I love my job, and am allowed to do it. I do not waste time in meetings that are pointless, or doing reports that don't count. The company respects my time, and doesn't waste it.
