They are super friendly and make work meeting fun to be in! They celebrate all levels of achievement and help if you are struggling.

The management. Some of my associates can be abrasive, but they are trying to get what is best for the customer done.

I love my job, and am allowed to do it. I do not waste time in meetings that are pointless, or doing reports that don't count. The company respects my time, and doesn't waste it.
