Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the salary doesn’t reflect the level of responsibility and pressure that comes with my role. A pay increase that better matches my workload and contributions would make me feel more appreciate
I would like a trajectory to know how much I can grow year over year. My benefits/vacation/salary have stayed the same for years. Other organizations grows annually. I would like to understand how and why I can further myself because I want to.
The work can be a lot sometimes, it would be nice to have a better compensation, or at least more frequent raises
