What do you like best about the leadership team?
My experience at em was great
A lot of middle management is pretty awful. Unknowledgeable and inefficient at best. Seems like upper management just sees what they want to see. Though some measures were taken to remove an ineffective manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would be nice to get a bonus and sent to trade shows or conferences. Was told I would get both, but when the time came an executive took my place at roughly 4 times the cost it would be for me to go. It just showed me who they value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a small autonomous team. My manager is trusted by executives so we have a lot of stake in decisions etc. I work with some of the most talented people in the business and that's pretty exciting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Are good and the environment is to
Unashamed Christian. I love it. I think even someone who isn't Christian can appreciate it. Just seeing the freedom to live what you believe.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people are. Kind and friendly
Being recognized, learning something new, and solving a problem that helps lead us to our objective. I also enjoy talking with some of the senior leadership. Most are down to earth guys who want to do a good job.

Leadership is weird (ADHD) Marketing and sales seem disconnected.
