- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Would be nice to get a bonus and sent to trade shows or conferences. Was told I would get both, but when the time came an executive took my place at roughly 4 times the cost it would be for me to go. It just showed me who they value.
- What would you most like to see improved at your company?Leadership is weird (ADHD) Marketing and sales seem disconnected.
