What do you like best about the leadership team?My experience at em was great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people. Are good and the environment is to
What makes you most happy at work? The people are. Kind and friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Would be nice to get a bonus and sent to trade shows or conferences. Was told I would get both, but when the time came an executive took my place at roughly 4 times the cost it would be for me to go. It just showed me who they value.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Leadership is weird (ADHD) Marketing and sales seem disconnected.
Our mission is to produce products that we’re proud to stand behind, and that you’ll be proud to feature in your next project.
