Executive Bio
Mr. Alex K. Grab serves as Vice President of Strategic Relations, General Counsel and Secretary at Electronics for Imaging, Inc. Mr. Grab is responsible for EFI's worldwide legal affairs, including corporate governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and trade compliance. He has been member of strategic relations team at Electronics for Imaging, Inc. since joining EFI in 2006. Before joining EFI, he was an attorney with the law firm of Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP in San Francisco, California and a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also served as an adjunct assistant professor of law at Hastings College of the Law. He is a member of the Alumni Board of Governors. Mr. Grab received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of San Francisco.
