Mr. Marc D. Olin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Electronics for Imaging, Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Olin served as the Chief Operating Officer of Electronics for Imaging, Inc. since January 16, 2014 until April 2015 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since January 9, 2015 until April 2015. He served as Acting General Manager of Productivity Software and Senior Vice President at Electronics for Imaging, Inc. Mr. Olin served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Electronics for Imaging, Inc. since September 3, 2013 until January 15, 2014 and also served as its General Manager of EFI Productivity Software. He served as the Chairman of Printcafe Software Inc. since January 2003, Chief Executive Officer since October 2001, President and Director since February 2000 and as its Co-Chief Executive Officer from July 2000 to September 2001. He was the Co-founder of Printcafe Software Inc. Mr. Olin served as Co-Chairman of Printcafe Software Inc. from February 2000 to March 2000 and Chief Operating Officer from March 2000 to August 2001. From April 1999 to February 2000, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Prograph Systems, Inc., one of Printcafe Software Inc.'s predecessor companies. From 1992 to April 1999, Mr. Olin served as the President of Prograph Management Systems, one of Printcafe Software Inc.'s predecessor companies, which he co-founded in 1987. He received a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Olin is a Director of the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation.
