What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ability to let me do my work
They know the direction and give clear goals to get us there

We get together to have time to fellowship together on a personal level
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to support us in the self contained room better. And value me for what I'm worth.
They need to get better at communicating and being more responsible for their staff members and their own duties.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I receive a good amount of benefits compared to other companies.
I like that my health benefits are good quality and have never had issues with the care I received
great coverage for a fair price
I like that I have insurance and a 401 (k)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was the head I.A in my specific room and I was getting paid the lowest rate then the new the hires. So I requested a raise and indicated why I deserved it.
I work with two sets of kids and I feel like that goes unnoticed
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team and we got along. My team always showed up despite the pandemic.
Some of the best things are that SOME of us get along and we understand the hard work it takes to get the job done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we respect one another even though we are all different individuals.
Colleagues are helpful and we all work towards a common goal of student achievement

The principal needs to be a better leader and stop belittling everyone she’s surrounded by. People need to be able to work together as a team to get the job done and she

I felt confident because of the amount of experience I have.

I get to help kids and ensure a brighter future for them

It can be improved by people having more positivity and not being at the job just for the money but for the kids.
