Looks great on paper but you quickly realize that because you are paid well you are expected to work with no additional help when needed. The amoint of promotions i have see. With no merit while top performers are not taken care of is astounding. Senior managemenr is really useless and self serving
I really love working at Elevate, the people are great, innovative and at times it can be chaotic but that is start up. BaseCamp is beautiful and the snacks are amazing. :)
Horrible! If you like discrimination and being bullied - this is the place for you.
Terrible! You are allowed to be harassed and bullied and HR and no one will do anything about it. Women's rights don't exist at this company - disgusting culture.
