What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and accessible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to take accoint of where the needs are and losten to their people. Stop with promoting people sometines 2 levels and het the proper headcount needed in certain departments. They love to hire directors and managers and not the lower level personnel needed to not get burned out
Needs to listen. And Senior managers of QA need to be let go.
A lot of them shouldn't be working there. The Bully culture at this place is horrible. In need of management turnover.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is really good. Benefits are decent
I feel I am paid above market and the benefits are really great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop allowing employees to be bullied! It shouldn't be that difficult.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work really hard considering how short staffed they are
My team is honest and open and feel like we have each other's backs.
Nothing. QA is horribly dysfunctional. And it all begins with the Senior Manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my co-workers are not the problem. Senior management and HR is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do a good job of some lunches and parties from time to time
We have managed to maintain a positive culture during Covid even though some of us are remote and some of us are in lab
Absolutely nothing. Women aren't treated equally.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior management - specifically QA Senior Manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
transparency and understanding of the process
The did a good job at selling their company - unfortunately everything that was said about the culture was not true.

Knowing that it matters what i do
My coworkers, the amenity center and snacks!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HR needs to listen. Bullying should NEVER be allowed. Discrimination should NEVER be allowed. QA senior Manager is biggest culprit. But company tolerates this behavior.
Bad behavior and discrimination is allowed. NOT OK.
