Looks great on paper but you quickly realize that because you are paid well you are expected to work with no additional help when needed. The amoint of promotions i have see. With no merit while top performers are not taken care of is astounding. Senior managemenr is really useless and self serving

They do a good job of some lunches and parties from time to time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to take accoint of where the needs are and losten to their people. Stop with promoting people sometines 2 levels and het the proper headcount needed in certain departments. They love to hire directors and managers and not the lower level personnel needed to not get burned out
