Leadership needs to take accoint of where the needs are and losten to their people. Stop with promoting people sometines 2 levels and het the proper headcount needed in certain departments. They love to hire directors and managers and not the lower level personnel needed to not get burned out
Needs to listen. And Senior managers of QA need to be let go.
A lot of them shouldn't be working there. The Bully culture at this place is horrible. In need of management turnover.
