A seasoned corporate attorney, he served as Corporate Associate for Goodwin Procter LLP, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing private equity firms and Silicon Valley companies in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and securities transactions.
