    The biggest issue I had was never having enough work to do. As a developer I and other brought this up many times. We were not allowed to work on things in the backlog for reasons I still don't understand. I can appreciate that we wouldnt want to necessarily want to check that work in but getting paid to sit on my hands serves nobody
