Elliott pays a fair wage for an honest days work. The more you sell, directly effects the compensation. Elliott has one of the highest commission rates in the electrical distribution industry.

When you get to a sales position, you are given commission based compensation.
Insurance for yourself is affordable and when you get to certain levels you are paid a commission.

When reaching out to the management about positions and compensation you are told exactly why you are not valued at that dollar amount or they figure out how to tell you that you need to do kore to make more. When in fact you work around the clock and let it impact family life to take care of them.
