Manager is down to earth, only expects effort and honesty. He also has a sense of humor which is great.

Leadership is oldschool, hands on, build this company themselves from the ground up, and take prude in thier work. It does not filter down to middle management and because of chain of command they do bot see the problems.

When in fact you work around the clock and let it impact family life to take care of them.
