What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ashish and the leadership team are very open. Our all-hands meetings are more frequent than any other company I've worked it. Ashish regularly calls out people to respond, which keeps the dialogue going and makes it seems like a smaller company.
They are genuine in their efforts to not only hep the company, but each employee and contractor, such as myself.
